My duties included:- Led the marketing plan to ensure marketing consistency in messaging and positioning - Managed internal communication plan for all Omni employees including the writing, producing and distribution of the Omni newsletter. - Served as spokesperson to media, agents, and external audiences on behalf of Omni Glass & Paint- Wrote all copy for Omni's marketing needs, including but not limited to: brochures, website, email marketing, advertisements, social media, newsletters, articles and direct mail pieces- Designed/coordinated with a designer on the production of all marketing pieces required by Omni, including brochures and other web or print design needs- Oversaw all Omni's web presence- Served as the company spokesperson in the communities we serve by participating in sponsored events and networking eventsOmni Glass & Paint, Inc., headquartered in Oshkosh, WI has been in business since 1967. My responsibilities and duties during my time at the Oshkosh Chamber of Commerce included the following: - Developed, managed, and implemented the marketing, communication programs and public relations activities. - Managed all social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest & LinkedIn- Wrote and distributed news releases to media outlets and publications about Chamber events and programs.- Organized several events that ranged from 20 - 500 people in attendance. - Sold advertising for Chamber publications and sponsorships for Chamber events to area businesses. - Supported the Member Relations manager with membership sales and member retention.
