• Assist in management and maintenance Windows 2008 single domain environment with 2 sites. Environment contains 103 Windows 2008 servers, MS Exchange 2010, Terminal Services using approximately 700 Wyse thin clients and 200 PC clients on Windows Vista.• Provide all end user support for East campus location. • Create and implement network standards including creating naming standards and base workstation image.• Implement Windows Deployment Services to create imaging process for all PC clients. Create standard WDS images for various departments using PXE boot for a completely automated distribution, including wiping the hard drive, pushing out the correct image, naming & joining the domain using appropriate answer files so the PC is ready for the end user when image is complete.

• Own and operate an 8700 sq ft doggy daycare & overnight boarding facility. Used the migration as an opportunity to clean up the environment and implement new standards.• Coordinate and implement transition of all 1st & 2nd level support to the Division Help Desk & Desktop Support teams. Environment contains 32 Windows 2000 servers, 5 Novell 6.X servers and 1 Novell 5.X server.• Completely rebuilt and automated W2K/Novell environment. Included redesign of both eDir and AD trees, creating naming standards, user account standards, login script consolidation, group policies, base workstation image, automating all application and printer distribution. Eliminated Help Desk calls due to non-standard setups.• Designed and implemented automated application distribution for ALL applications, workstation updates & patches using Novell Application Launcher triggered by group membership. • Designed and implemented automated printer distribution using Novell Distributed Print Services triggered by group/container membership.• Created standard Ghost image with base set of applications for use on all models of PCs in our environment.
