- Action order management (order entry, confirmation, allocation and analysis) to maximize ordering/replenishment policies.- Point person for IBP/ CS Team Reporting: Open Order Reports, Daily Backorder Reports, Weekly Backlog Reports, Shipping reports, Order policy analysis, Monthly business metrics, and any other reports required for IBP as well as Costumers.- Ensure compliance with team targets and KPIs.- Set up new accounts (EDI or manual) and manage account maintenance/changes.- Deal with product availability queries and ensure continuity of information both internally to the plant and externally to the business stakeholders.

- Analyzes and oversees order placement activities and contract review and analyzes and prepares monthly shipping plans through analysis of volumes, freight rates, credit releases, and country specific export requirements.- Maintains customer pricing and records and analyzes information maintained in additional databases as required outside of corporate information systems.- Critiques and approves vendor invoices and assigns costs to specific business units and critiques documentation to maintain compliance with information provided to Customs Brokers who will interface with regulatory agencies, such as US Customs and FDA.- Analyzes adverse events related to import/export activities and initiates requests for corrective actions to third parties, TMC associates and TMC affiliates, as well as suggests procedural modifications whenever appropriate.

- Work collaboratively with Indirect Sourcing team members to support special projects such as RFPs/RFQs analysis.- Work on Time Study to better enhance the productivities of the departments- Run and analyze operational data from multiple systems including spend tool, SAP/SRM, and other L’Oréal platforms for financial reporting and spend analysis- Maintain internal control requirements by performing periodic audit checks and updating purchasing procedures in collaboration with the global team.- Actively engage and collaborate with internal stakeholders of other business functions and participate in L’Oréal’s sustainability initiatives including environmental and social responsibility projects.

- Learn the function and assigned tasks of each department and staff member in Operations division. - Understand methods for the design of process for new customer item handling.- Learn the various sets of paperwork as required by Operations for processing.- Understand methods of Direct Link labels to bags and staging for next part of processing.
