• Leading the Finance and Administration Department• Oversee day-to-day finance operations• Supervise the Service Line Administrator, ensuring balanced workloads and daily support• Maintain accurate records of receipts, invoices, and tax payments• Preparing Quarterly and Yearly Management Accounts• Responsible for Bi-Monthly payments and allocation of expenses• Manage accounting ledgers and perform monthly bank reconciliations and journal entries• Collaborate with the Sales Team to manage debtors and chase payments• Responsible for the preparation and submission of Quarterly VAT• Sales and costs reporting and analysis• Assisting other departments with implementation and training on the new sales and accounting system• Review and process staff expenses and payments• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets• Support year-end accounts for external review and processing• Provide accurate financial and HR information to the Director• Identify and implement improvements to finance processes for efficiency• Manage the relationship with the payroll provider and oversee monthly payroll processing
