The Research & Member Insights Manager oversees PSECU’s Marketing Research team, responsible for delivering business intelligence and insights to support credit union strategic goals and initiatives. This position oversees the Voice of Customer (VoC) program to advocate for the membership and various initiatives to better understand consumers; provides reporting on key metrics for enterprise strategic goals, and is a key player in leading the credit union to be a consumer-focused organization.

Ensure the credit union’s Corporate Governance Program operates with elements of accountability, trust, effective communications, and transparency through the establishment of policies and practices that affect strategic planning, social responsibility, corporate values, and risk management. Evaluate and make recommendation as to whether identified governance elements are adequate and functioning effectively and efficiently. Interact with the Board, President, and Senior Management to address any identified weaknesses within the Corporate Governance Program. Assist the Chief Administration Officer in the execution of PSECU’s strategic planning process by providing analysis, appraisals, and information regarding the organization’s strategic planning processes. Work with the membership and other credit union departments to effectively resolve member inquiries and disputes. Provide directional and executive support to the Board of Directors, President, and Senior Management to facilitate their ongoing effective and efficient operations.

Work with the membership and other credit union departments to effectively resolve member inquiries and disputes. At the discretion of the Chief Administration Officer, provide directional and executive support to the Board of Directors, President, and Senior Management to facilitate their ongoing effective and efficient operations.
