Set up and tear down of large scale catered events. General server duties including taking order, marinating the buffet line, serving plated dinners, carrying large oval trays up to 50 lbs, and clearing tables.

Set up and tear down of catered banquets and dressing rooms. Working with detailed and specific Band Riders and B.E.O.s. Attending to the needs of the Bands, their crew, and managers. Training and supervising trainees.
