• Manage projects and assist clients with payroll preparation.• Create and process certified payroll to upload documents into the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) Website.• Conform to rules and regulations of the DIR to ensure accurate transmittal of documents.• Oversee employees to maintain an efficient system and performance.

• Determine and uphold a tracking system for all project construction files (RFI’s, ASI’s, RFP/CO’s)• Chair all conferences scheduled by the Owner and provide minutes• Conduct Pre-Construction Meetings at the site prior to start of construction by the Contractor• Inform Owner and Contractor in writing of any job not in consistent with the Construction Documents• Certify Contractor’s Application for Payment in the correct amount• Clarify and interpret the intent and scope of the Construction Documents• Prepare Change Orders for the Owner’s authorization and execution• Prepare, compile and distribute the approved punchlist(s)• Assess Contractor’s guarantees and warranties• Review Contractor’s record drawings, O&M directives, and all other close-out documentation• Certify closing payment to the Contractor when the requests of the Contract are completed.
