Assist individuals and groups in selecting dental, vision, health and chiropractic benefits that meet their specific needs; work with potential IBOs to help them get started in their own business.

Assist all customers with locating and selecting keepsake gifts and specialized personal greeting cards for various occasions. Provide detailed information regarding collectible items and their manufacturers, as well as providing assistance with ordering items within the collections. Maintain and update floor displays to showcase specific items.

Provide all prospective residents with information regarding the property and the available apartment homes; update internet marketing sources on a weekly and/or daily basis; provide daily tours of the property and available apartment homes for prospective residents; maintain and move model apartment homes as needed; answer multi-line telephone; assist current residents with all requests and inquiries, including service needs, complaints or concerns, current lease information, and lease change options; maintain resident files; assist with the leasing process; adhere to all Fair Housing regulations; assist with QA process for all necessary apartment homes.

Train new hires in all aspects of store operation, including register, pastry, bar, and drive-thru; mentor new hires through the fast-paced environment to ensure the highest quality product while maintaining personal and food safety guidelines; maintain all areas of the store to ensure a safe and clean work environment; quickly and efficiently receive and produce customer orders to specifications; address customer concerns with a helpful, can-do attitude to resolve them quickly and sincerely; receive and stock pastry and supply shipments; work directly with the managers and shift supervisors to find creative ways to improve performance quality and customer satisfaction ratings.

Receive in-bound calls in fast-paced service environment; assist customers with personal and business account set-up; schedule package pick-up and supply deliveries; provide package tracking information; assist with lost and damaged package claims; transfer calls to claims and international accounts departments as needed; resolve all issues within one phone call whenever possible; escalate calls to CAT team when necessary; maintain FedEx QA standards and operations.
