  -Use data-driven, community-based strategies to manage the process, support and strengthen existing partner capacity, and expand AFFB partner and program sites.-Initiate, coordinate, and track client services, including nutrition education, SNAP outreach, wraparound services, and referrals for additional services. -Coordinate and communicate with AFFB departments to align and develop programs.-Assist with the development and implementation of grants, applications, and reports.-Support the AFFB Hunger Advisory Committee to improve community engagement and identify community advocates; represent AFFB on relevant committees and meetings.-Proactively increase the visibility of AFFB in DeSoto through speaking opportunities, meetings, events, and other community-wide activities; coordinate public relations with the AFFB communications team to raise the visibility of AFFB and ensure good stewardship of the FRC. -Develop and Manage the budget, program, staff work plans, and performance management; lead, mentor, and develop staff to ensure continuous learning and growth.-Maintain the daily operations of the Food and Resource Center, and create a safe, welcoming, and respectful atmosphere for clients, volunteers, community members, and donors.-Ensure food and safety compliance including facility standards, use and maintenance of company vehicles, and security of the building and inventory.-Oversee inventory orders and deliveries from the Food Bank and local food donors.
