About Karissa Everson

I have been in the retirement industry since 2000 starting in the distribution and loan department. I quickly worked my way into administration and document preparation. From there I went into sales and marketing where I provided plan design consulting with advisors and prospective clients based on their company goals and objectives. After working for a TPA in Idaho for 11 years, in 2011 I moved to Arizona as an Advisor Client Services Manager for over 50 Defined Contribution plans. I prepared Quarterly Investment Reviews, evaluated investment line-ups for performance, studied for my securities license and manage RFP’s to analyze and review plan fees. I then realized my heart was working for a TPA and am now a Client Relationship Manager for Sunwest Pensions, based in Tempe, AZ. Over the years, I have exceled in relationship development with various professionals by educating employers through one on one consultations to eliminate their exposure to liability. I am also the proud mother of 3 girls and 2 grandchildren.
