- Prepare and evaluate shipping documents as an import product registration permit (BPOM)- Monitoring the process until the certificate import (SKI) issued- Coordination with regulatory departments in Thailand and Singapore for the fulfillment of import documents and permits. - Maintain current knowledge of relevant imported products, including product regulations from food legislation and freight forwarding regulations within the scope of trade legislation- Checking and maintenance freight forwarding document including Bill of Landing (BL), Form D, Packing List and monitoring until the import declaration (PIB) issued

- Prepare and evaluate documents as product registration permits- Register new products and renewell of product to BPOM via e registration (E-Reg RBA dan E-Reg) system and monitor the process until the BPOM distribution permit number is approved and accepted of 35 product- Register new product development and Halal renewal of products to BPJPH and MUI via Sihalal registration system and monitor the process until the certificate is approved and accepted of 51 Product- Lead and evaluate implementation of Halal Products Assurance System (SJPH) at Blossompaste- Prepare and participate in Halal Certification Audits to Ensure Compliance with the Halal Product Assurance System (SJPH)- Regularly audit to ensure food safety, product quality and halal product processes at Blossompaste.- Assist and participate in annual audits and inspections conducted by BPOM to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.- Recapitulate and compile documents in data systems, maintain and update current data in system- Regularly update SOP and Quality Policies & Procedures based on Good Processed Food Production Practices (CPPOB).- Conduct thorough document verification upon receipt of raw materials and packaging materials to ensure compliance with specifications.- Implement regulatory guidelines, assessments with assigned categories regarding product technical requirements, label design, limitations, etc.- Supervised periodic internal testing to ensure the accuracy and compliance of Brix values in glucose testing.- Managed and coordinated the external laboratory testing process to ensure comprehensive evaluation and quality assurance of products.
