Project Work: Managed Form-a-Palooza - a project to make government forms accessible for citizens. Worked with ten DC agencies to make nearly 40 District forms more user-friendly through a series of public workshops, trainings, and agency discussions. Co-developed the data collection protocol on an anti-littering project with the Department of Public Works.
