Meticulously sifting through Site Inspection Photos to properly demonstrate progress of sitework and construction. Reviewing Pay Applications submitted by General Contractors and Subcontractors that properly determine the spending adequacies of the project throughout the draw period and properly aligning the dollar amounts spent with the original projected amounts. Attends meetings with project managers, project engineers and superintendents to review progress and discuss any proceeding issues for commercial and real-estate projects. Schedules site inspections and coordinates with project engineers onsite to determine an applicable time for inspection. Administers invoices for services completed to the bank and other clients.
