Several years experience within Student-Housing leasing and marketing. My journey within this field began as a Community Assistant, at a 1,002 bed community, in Columbia, South Carolina. Not too long after being in this position, I then took on the role of Leasing Professional. During this time, in which we broke the properties record for resident retention/ renewal percentage and remained ahead of the YOY pre-lease percentage. This same year, we exceed our budgeted occupancy goal. Not too long after, I remained with Campus Advantage and re-located to Arcadia on the River, to serve as Leasing Manager. Since my being at Arcadia, we've hit budgeted occupancy months earlier than prior years and hit 100% pre-lease, breaking two property records. While being at Arcadia, I have assisted with leasing, training, and marketing at several properties in Campus Advantage on the East coast.
