* I oversaw the execution of energy audits, designs, and implementation of over 40 internal renewable energy and sustainability projects valued at more than $50 million. This aligned with CFAO's goal to be carbon neutral by 2050. At the time of departure, 20 projects were complete or partially complete and over 20 projects were in various stages of approval.* I spearheaded the development and execution of 4 turnkey IPP projects, including a 5MW geothermal project in Ethiopia, a 35MW geothermal project in Kenya, a grid transmission project in Uganda, and a 50MW solar project in Kenya, collectively valued at over $100 million. * Provided strategic leadership and advisory support to 2 CFAO renewable energy subsidiaries, facilitating their growth and transformation into more corporate entities.* In my business development and project support to these subsidiaries, I directly closed over 10MWp of C&I solar business deals and supported in implementation of over 5MW of Solar C&I projects across East Africa. * Conducted comprehensive market research and delivered strategic advice to the executive team on energy-related investment opportunities and market diversification strategies. This guidance resulted in investments in 2 companies (C&I Solar Company and e-Mobility company), with 2 others in various stages of consideration (Elevator company and IT Services Company).

* In my short tenure here, I successfully managed the completion of 2 Solar mini-grid projects, each valued at approximately $10 million.* I pursued and spearheaded negotiations for funding and implementation of a $70 million turnkey water and energy infrastructure project in Kenya. * Provided project management oversight for three concurrent energy projects (two in Uganda and one in Tanzania), each valued at>$10 million, alongside driving business development efforts.* I oversaw all bid/tendering processes and documentation, negotiated contracts, and managed awards.

* Over my five-year tenure, I progressed from Sales Engineer to Deputy Project Manager, highlighting consistent growth in leadership responsibilities.* In sales, I successfully closed business leads and executed numerous energy and water projects, consistently meeting a monthly budget of about $100,000.* As a project engineer and later as deputy project manager, I oversaw the implementation of energy and water projects, contributing on average $3 million annually to the organization.* I developed some of the most complex bids and proposals that resulted in the organisation winning and executing some of the largest and most intricate projects. * I coordinated all relevant stakeholders, both internal and external teams, to ensure the timely and successful preparation and submission of bids, as well as the implementation of projects.* Noteworthy projects I oversaw include a $3 million solar water pumping project in Uganda and a $6 million complex water and energy infrastructure project in Kenya.
