Company was started in April, 2009. Three clients have signed contracts with KT Global Services to date. Clients contract HRIS professional services for the following: QA implementation analyst, project lead for Cobra implementation, as business analyst with a focus on quality during Annual Enrollment season, project lead for 5010 HIPAA compliance conversion for 834 files and more recently configuration analyst.

Top Accomplishments:• By management request, filled lead role in a newly developed, shared system services group. • In a very short timeframe, successfully completed H&B Open Enrollment activities for over 60% of the Houston clients. Team was recognized and rewarded by the Houston Director. • Championed the Process Strategy Team and completed five process improvements.Daily responsibilities included but not limited to: • Develop excellent working relationship with the ongoing client teams, IT support teams, web developers and other stakeholders. • Supervise, train and manage 4 systems analysts. • Receive, prioritize, assign and manage support requests from client teams. • Provide project management for special projects, such as plan changes due to mergers and acquisitions. • Review support requests and ensure accurate documentation before assigning to analysts. • Identify out of scope requests and work with client team to cost, quote, schedule and obtain client approva. • Resolve conflicts that arise due to incompatible requests or lack of available resources. Top Accomplishments• Lead for cross functional health and benefit administration teams for two, high profile clients that use SAP HR as their health and benefit tool of choice • Directed team of consultants, managers, analysts, participant services team leads, supervisors and call center representatives, on handling plan and specific client issues with a sense of urgency ensuring client and participant expectations were met, which directly led to client reference-ability • Led multiple process improvement initiatives eliminating manual intensive processes• Revised SLA agreement and worked closely on workforce management with the HR service center resulting in elimination of SLA credits and client paid incentives ($90,000 annually)• Exceeded goal objectives in 2006 and management approved promotional opportunity in 2007.
