As the APM of RaveCapture, I facilitate the following initiatives:- Discovery efforts with our users, merchants who use our competitors, other key players in the E-commerce market in order to find new opportunities for RaveCapture- Product Data Analysis using SQL (Redash) to provide the product team with user insights- Product Improvements, New Features and Support deployment through coordinating the product team to ensure our customers are satisfied

As the APM at CoWello, I am in charge of:- Leading customer discovery to better serve coworking space owners- Running product demos and sales calls- Working with the product team to deploy new features and fix bugs/stability issues

As the APM I will work closely with Trevor Newberry, the Director of Product, to:- Facilitate Ideation efforts alongside the Venture Analyst- Lead ideation sessions using idea generation prompts and research- Lead the Research Team in evaluating and validating candidate ideas for development- Set success metrics for validation efforts- Work with the Research Team to design and implement GTM experiments- Develop a deep understanding of products, customers, underlying datasets/metrics, and future product opportunities- Translate these insights into actionable recommendations and reports- Work with the Director of Product to develop key product growth metrics and build dashboards to monitor progress on these metrics.- Coordinate cross-functionally to share insights and recommendations, answer questions and provide clarification to cross-functional teams.- Monitor customer feedback channels and conduct product research to gather information from various sources and tools

"Avenir is a digital management platform and a personal guidance tool that helps students excel at building a powerful college application that truly represents who they are. Additionally, we plan to build a network of students applying to college that collaborate in order to co-create their applications. Our overall mission is to demystify the application process and enable any student to attend the right college for them. We aim to build communities of students, parents, facilitators and universities and help them collaborate to find the right fit for everyone through Data and AI. The future of Avenir involves using AI and ML to create data driven insights that help students recieve curated information that truly helps them excel. Avenir wants to enable a student from anywhere in the US to apply to college with clarity, confidence, and control." - Identified a $1.5 billion market opportunity within the college application management space for students and innovated a business model canvas to capture the idea. - Assembled and led 13 UCLA students distributed across 5 collaborative Software, UX, Business Development, Marketing and Market Research teams to build a Minimum Viable Product. - Developed a fully designed Figma, market penetration strategies, customer acquisition plans and a 70% functional software with an AWS Backend.

The Associate Data Scientist position comes with the following responsibilities:-- Building the pivotal CFO matching algorithm to automate the core business processes of SiliconCFO- Analyzing client data and financial data, creating insights to help find compatible CFOs.- Working as a project lead to develop a strong grasp on the real-world applications of Data Science concepts.- Working with the CEO to create a Machine Learning algorithm to further improve the Startup-to-CFO matching process.- Working with the BD team to assist in the growth of SiliconCFO as a boutique consultancy firm.

Co-Founded Our Stories, a seminar that aims to guide highschool students in India through the intricacies of the US, UK and Canada college application processes. We bring various accomplished students from across India together to share their personal stories and highlight the challenges they overcame to get through the various application processes. This program is entirely free and has been supported heavily by Ivyaspire. Ivyaspire is a bangalore based college counselling company that shares the common vision of guiding and comforting students through the college application process. We have helped over 450 students through this platform over the last 3 years.

This is a program that fosters students' startup ideas. Students and mentors work together to create an environment that encourages innovation and provides guidance for students pursuing specific entrepreneurial endeavors. Each quarter, new collaboratives cohort into the program and are guided to success through mentor matching, informative workshops, and networking events. Startup Labs is dedicated to fostering the entrepreneurial spirit at UCLA with their resources and network of successful entrepreneurs and alumna.

Internship in the S&O: Global Business Services (GBS) Department of the Consulting Function of Deloitte in Bangalore, India. Worked on a plethora of projects with consultants, analysts, directors and partners.- Collaborated with various consultants and analysts to create client and executive decks- Involved in building various complex excel models to analyze internal survey data- Conducted intensive secondary research about disruptive technology and economic trends- Exposed to working in a Big 4 consulting environment and communicating/collaborating with industry professionals

A project started by Prithika Ramaiyer ( President of the Drama Club, NPS - K) and I where we use people's talent to create content which is used to spread awareness on relatable social issues. We have various pieces of art like song covers, poems, art work, raps and instrumental covers. We received entries from students across the age group of 6 - 18 years. Worked with BIOME Environmental Solutions to prepare a Project Report that analyses the "Water Demand" as well as the "Potential for Rainwater Harvesting to meet the Water Demand" in a gated layout in Bangalore, namely Shubh Enclave, Harlur Road. BIOME is an organisation aspiring to drive uptake of ecological land-use and water practices in the urban and rural sectors.
