Further, it requires extensive analytical skills in understanding and adopting practices that corresponds to the desired future state of the organization.In beginning of 2020 I initiated a continuous improvement project in one cell. At the end of 2020 the outcome had increased by 40 %, the OEE by 20 % and my team had set a new production record in this cell. This project was one of three factors that rewarded the Vänersborg site with its first "most improved plant" award during Tranter's internal Lean revision.

Main task is to establish production plans, purchase and plan for incoming materials as well as practice inventory management.The role requires daily interaction with the Order administration, Operation and Planning department. It also offers interaction on a global level with different Tranter sites.In my role I had the opportunity to together with other Tranter sites establish a global Kanban system. This included calculations, setting up a visual signal system and building up Kanban bins. In relation to this, I was involved in creating an E-commerce system allowing for digitized Kanban orders from other Tranter sites.Also I contributed, as a production planner, to Tranter setting a new record of production outcome.
