Position: Leading Hand.Project: Multi National Data Centre• Construction and Electrical Commissioning.• Break Down Service.• Infill projects.Skills:- Manage labour and delegate tasks to other members of the team.- Work within security system limitations.- Liaise with Data Centre Chief, and site personnel via the spoken and written word.- Create daily pre-starts and adhere to MOPS, CRM, JSA, SWMS.- Receive and manage orders for equipment and plant while adhering to site schedules.- Provide training to trades people and apprentices for site specific tasks.- Manage and conduct shut down works to critical electrical components.- Work with-in live facility without interruption to sensitive equipment.- Complete defect free Primary Integration IST alongside commissioning team.- Installation and commissioning of site specific PLC system.- Installation and commissioning of main switch boards to RAF raised access flooring system.- Installation of UPS 1600kw system.- Installation and commissioning busway, high level 4000 and 3200 Amp busway, missing links and PIU’s.- Draft As-Installed drawings in preparation for Auto-Cad rendering.- Marshall High Voltage switch room permits and conduct tool box inductions to subcontractors.- Preventative maintenance, thermal scanning.- Under floor and high-level cabling reticulation and support systems.- Rough in of High Voltage, Low Voltage and DC sub-mains.- Installation of small power and lighting.

*Underground electrical HV, LV & Comms conduit installation.*Installation of electrical LV and Comms conduit to concrete deck.*Recieve and coordinate materials.*Delegate tasks to other employees.* Manage civil subcontractor trenching for electrical installations.*Liase with site personnel via spoken and written word.
