I orchestrated the development of wells “from cradle to grave,” collaborating with prospect generators through well design phase and take-point consideration. Using dynamic modelling to forecast daily and annual production, I analyzed Deep Water prospects’ factors that included Volumetrics, Risking, and estimated Capital Requirements. We also used economic modeling methodologies for property planning, acquisition, and disposition decisions. As Senior Engineer, I supervised our Accounting and Production Reporting teams, Deep Water well performance, and field operations costs. In cooperation with our third-party financing, I composed detailed Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) that included field equipment and wells to Offshore Property Schedule for insurance purposes, and preemptively planned wells’ Plugging and Abandonment (P&A). Authored Deep Water annual budget, coordinated SEC reserve reporting with NSAI.Red Willow’s production grew from one well to over 20 successful operations during my tenure.

In a business development role, I cultivated new partnerships to expand company’s partnership opportunities. I successfully developed Wharton County while concurrently overseeing several offshore properties’ production. In addition, I headed Probe’s participation in developing 60B cubic feet of natural gas (BFCFG) from Wharton County (TX)’s Hyte and Hyte offset wells in partnership with Caza Petroleum and Falcon Bay.

In my first position with Probe, I spearheaded exploitation of the Gulf of Mexico’s Breton Sound #1 field. Supervising a team of contract engineers, I reported reserve volumes to US Minerals Management Service (MMS), as well.
