I lead a 9-member planning team responsible for enabling scenario development, planning, and operations orders development to stimulate military exercise training needs for the Mission Command Training Program at Fort Leavenworth Kansas. The team incorporated best practices into the planning process and products that provided training audiences an example of what right might look like. We set the conditions for scripted stimulus and injects by foreshadowing problem sets in all products. I developed and presented appropriate training to inform exercise support staff about the training scenario and associated products. I also reviewed after action reports for trends to improve product relevance and efficiency.
