I ensure the regulation that prescribes uniform physical security policies and procedures for installation access control, aircraft, bulk petroleum assets, and critical communication facilities on Department of Defense installations and equipment used by the military services and the Defense Logistics Agency is enforced.

I worked collaboratively with the Director of HR Services, four Human Resource Managers, and the Payroll and Benefits Manager to complete projects, develop training, and improve employee relations in a fast growing company. I gained a lot of experience with HRIS software like ADP and Applicant Pro. I ran market analysis for compensation and turnover, helped develop a new onboarding experience, created new training for union awareness, along with a multitude of data entry and analysis projects. I was able to leverage my skills in Microsoft Office Suite to develop easy to read tables and dashboards that required much less manual entry to manipulate than before. I was also able to work collaboratively with other departments to ensure cross-functionality throughout the company.I worked closely with the Payroll and Benefits manager to learn the details involved in running a successful Payroll, along with certain benefit compliance in the different states.

I ensured all technicians and employees had the resources to perform their jobs correctly. I ensured that all safety standards required by OSHA were met and sustained on job sites. I met with customers to identify which product and installation was best for their needs. I would then oversee the project to ensure the installation was completed properly and in accordance with all building codes. I also followed up with customers to ensure they did not have any issues with the product.

I was the Assistant Store Manager of the highest grossing NAPA retail store in the state. I supervised 12-15 direct reports depending on the shift. I was responsible for any employee relations issues within the store while ensuring all safety and legal compliance was met for associates. Responsible for all cash and credit closeout at the end of day.

I served as a squad leader for a deployable Military Police Company in support of XVIII Airborne Corps and FORSCOM worldwide contingency operations. I was responsible for the training, discipline, morale, health and welfare of twelve soldiers. I trained, directed, and supervised squad level operations as well as basic and advanced soldier skills. I was a patrol supervisor for 24 hour law enforcement and force protection operations consisting of a population of 65,000 assigned personnel across 190,000 square acres. I have been responsible for the training and certification of over 120 soldiers during training exercises.

I led a team consisting of three other soldiers in both a combat and garrison environment. I provided the outstanding leadership soldiers are entitled to. I ensured their training was executed to Army doctrine while ensuring all training was conducted safely per Army regulations.

Ensured all personnel inside vehicle had what they needed to be able to do their job for a successful mission. Ensured all safety measures were implemented from entry and exit to the vehicle and escape routes to ensuring all loads and personnel were secured properly. Maintained all vital systems on a Mine Resistant Ambush Protected vehicle. Maintained communications equipment for a large squad. .

Entry level role for any Military Policeman in a deployable unit. Ensured fellow gunners had tools and training to succeed in their roles. Maintained weapons systems, marksmanship proficiency, and basic soldier skills and tasks.

I was the Fitness Lead responsible for over $500,000 worth of equipment. I also assisted with receiving and operations, as well as being a customer service representative and Point of Sale representative. I was an expert in customer relations and ensured every customer was treated with the utmost respect. I handled large quantities of money and always ensured it was handled safely.
