After graduating with a Master’s Degree in Law from King’s College, London, Karl soon realised that his passion lay in building businesses. Ignited with a thirst for entrepreneurship, he returned to India and single-handedly set up The Palms Spa, one of Mumbai’s finest wellness establishments. This experience gave him valuable insight into the city’s luxury market, and an understanding of how to deliver world-class comfort, design, and hospitality to an audience that knows exactly what it wants. Following the spa's successful launches, Karl turned his attention to Alibaug and its immense potential. He took what was then a small operation to new heights, turning it into what we know today as Palmore. With a full-service team for architecture, interiors, landscaping and permissions streamlined through one point of contact, Palmore is positioned as a one-stop-solution for private villas in Alibaug – from concept to the handover of a fully furnished and serviced villa.
