These changes ensured that senior management and board members could quickly access the most crucial insights, enhancing their ability to make informed decisions. I would also report to these groups on an ad-hoc basis the key findings of these reports and answer questions they may have.Leading research projects: Led on a series of internal reports including on Help to Buy, New Model of Shared Ownership and delivering large projects through partnerships. Also led on over a dozen policy consultation responses for national, regional and local bodies on a wide range of subjects, leading roundtables to get organisation positions.Ad-Hoc Projects: I contributed to various ad-hoc projects, focusing on efficient data collection and analysis. • On this contract my main role was to mobilise and increase volunteer activity as well as ensure the smooth running of a political campaign in the busy months in the lead up to a general election. • I increased mobilisation by ensuring a professional and more concise email system, breaking down barriers and introducing a social side to volunteering. With phone calls to take, different aspects of the campaign to organise and the varying nature of politics, some days I would be leading large teams of volunteers and on others I would be in the office working independently or working with stakeholders.• I quickly integrated with a small and tightly knit group of people within a short space of time.
