As the Associate Chair of Arts & Sciences at Galen College of Nursing, my recent transition from an instructor role has allowed me to expand my impact on educational excellence and curriculum development. With a robust foundation in biochemistry and molecular biology, informed by a Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota, I specialize in physiology and cell biology—core competencies I've sharpened through years of teaching Anatomy and Physiology. My extensive experience teaching general biology complements my interdisciplinary approach to nursing education, ensuring our curriculum is scientifically rigorous and technologically current.
