Solely responsible for the Implementing of a new Finance package, Access Dimensions upgrading and converting 9 months of data from Sage 2007. Worked to get the system live for 1st Jan and ensured full management account reporting was available and correct for January month end, reporting on the 3rd working day.

Reduced time taken to produce management account information by questioning and researching the ability for the department to upload journals from Excel where they were originally keyed manuallyEnabled the ‘Allocator Account’ (AP Accruals and Prepayments Account) to be reconciled in minutes rather than days by writing a macro to compare to sets of data and displaying unmatched data only which was previously done manually

For the better part of a year I was part of an initial 2 man team involved in the creation of the skeleton companies in Agresso and developed Excel templates for the data migration, the role also enabled me to travel abroad including a 3 week stay in Germany overseeing the migration of data from their old Financial System to Agresso.
