Design and engineer RV vehicles.

Head of Cab and Body Design and Engineering for all truck, bus and coach programs. Responsible for the Design Studio and helped train a team of designers and engineers to deliver current and future programs for the company. Worked to establish Joint Venture programs with Nissan Light Commercial division in Japan for future vehicle programs in India.

Directed a design team in creating new product platforms and alternative energy vehicles. This included the strategy development for commercial delivery, B2B and B2C business.Supported the development of domestic suppliers for new product and identified major cost saving opportunities. Helped direct the all-electric NEV program for Ford.

Headed a design team to complete the new Cargo Heavy-Duty truck for Ford Europe in 18 months. This is one of the best selling heavy duty trucks and has now been introduced into S. America as well. Developed the product development facility, construction and procured equipment. Completed engineering and prototype development and helped train the local workforce and facilated the transfer of technology.

Coordinated the start up of the company's first design Studio for automotive product development focusing on Ford programs. Studio capabilities included package development, scale and full size clay models, structure development, FEA analysis, and final class A surface release. Responsibility for all aspects of the Ford Heavy-Duty Truck programs in the Dearborn design studios. Administered annual budgets ranging from $3.5M to $6.7M. Interfaced with Ford Truck Design on all aspects of the day to day design and engineering tasks on the HN-80 program. Provided program management, timing, cost control, budget, personnel management and cross systems integration. Mascotech's design and development grew from $150K in 1992 to $4.5M in 1993 and $6.7M in 1995.

Established a studio for Advanced and Concept design. Focused on integrating the company's engineering expertise for clients in Europe. Mazda (Europe), Mercedes Benz (Stuttgart), S.E.A.T. (Spain), Honda (Frankfurt), GM-Opel (Russellsheim) and Toyota-EPOC (Brussels).

Lectured in Automotive Transportation at the campus in Switzerland. Ran a series of courses for students at all levels.

Completed a foreign service assignment at Ford / Europe. Provided Exterior design expertise for the European Escort, Sierra and Scorpio models. Worked with design suppliers in the UK and the USA for full vehicle development to secure approval from Ford management and take them into production.

Exterior and Interior design in the studio for Australian Falcon, Cortina and Escort programs. Worked with Mazda on all joint platform programs developed for the Australian and Asian markets, Telstar, Laser, Econovan and Courier programs. Design liaison with Japanese suppliers and Mazda senior management leading to vehicle launch.
