After the initial start-up years my role came to focus more on B-B sales and leading Suntribe's expansion throughout the European Union. I've been involved and responsible for the acquisition of around 400 resellers and have negotiated 20 distribution deals throughout the EU. I've also been responsible for training the sales and customer satisfaction team that now is the pillar of Suntribe's sales operations. This has gained me wide experience in both lead generation, crm utilization and negotiation aspects of B-B sales.Further I have been part of the team responsible for the B-C ecommerce part of Suntribe's sales. Worked as the main wave surfing teacher for the surf schools Surf4Life and Atlantic Riders in Aljezur, Algarve, Portugal. Carrying out over 15 lessons a week, being responsible for 8-15 students at a time.
