As a Director at Expanse Learning my focus is to continually develop and maintain quality and provide the highest quality education and positive experience for students attending our college, school or adult social care provision. I'm a highly motivated senior leader and use strong strategic planning, organisational development and effective communication to deliver the best provision we can. Passionate and credible, offering 25 years proven experience within pre and post 16 SEN education sector. Perceptive and honest when working with people, planning and leading operational delivery, quality management and stakeholder relationships. My career to date has been varied and enabled me to contribute to and now lead delivery of some innovative specialist engagement and education programmes for children and young people, many of whom have experienced significant social disadvantage and/or have special educational needs. By undertaking senior roles within organisations in the private, public and third sectors I have acquired a comprehensive skillset from writing bids through to completing post delivery evaluations. I have a balanced view of the pre and post education sector and I am still as passionate about the education of our children and young people today as I was when I started my journey in this ever changing sector.
