in my current role as a senior engineer, I have three direct reports, covering warranty/supplier quality/ISIR inspection areas.my background before joining quality 8 years ago, is manufacturing , weld fabrication , this has given me a good all round knowledge in fixtures , processes, reading drawings, lean manufacturing, kaizan activities, while working in weld, 5 years of this time was as a team leader,im good at leading teams , problem solving, can work well alone or with others ,currently in my 22nd year at JCB.
