I was member of the IT team where I was in charge of ideate and execute UX/UI improvements for the company products such as the website, mobile app and internal operative tools.

I worked with the team to create and enhance multiple IT tools that help non-profit organizations to manage their donation campaigns, supporters, email marketing campaigns and their website. I also made the UI/UX design to some internal projects, like a marketing website and SAAS Management platform.

I was member of a multidisciplinary IT Team and worked on an agile environment, were I had the responsibility of UX/UI for new releases and improvements on web and mobile, for external and internal projects.In order to achieve the design objectives, I made qualitative and quantitative researching, design sprints and workshops, prototyping and usability testing.

I was the creative lead into the UX Team, using SCRUM methodology. My role was to lead the design process for a legal business management platform. Since the user stories presentation, design sprints, prototyping, user validation and presentation with product owner and developers.

I worked with clients to find the optimal solution for their software needs as BA, following CMMI methodology (interviews, user stories, mockups, validation and tests) and trying to applyUX practices in the process.

Starting as an intern and get an official job offer afterwards, I made multiple design products for internal and external branding. Some of them were: branding systems, character design, stationary, infographics and HTML newsletters.
