Manage the Human Resource Department of organization that employees approx. 460 employees. Monitor employee wage increases, employee disciplinary issues, employment separations, transfers, regulatory issues, etc. Organize and implement employee training. Communicate with employees about 401(k) and be contact person for those matters, new enrollments, employee loans and payment schedules, etc. Process EAP contracts with employees; maintain communication with EAP agencies and perform follow-ups for employees. Maintain inventory for employee uniforms.
