My goal has been to represent Pleasanton residents and businesses above all conflicting outside interests. Your goals and needs are my top priority. I am proud to be a member of your elected leadership team since 2012 and Vice Mayor in 2019. Over the past years I have been a major supporter of the following projects: Slow and metered growth policies, plans for a new and larger library/civic center, identification and safeguarding our historic homes (including historic neighborhood signage), banning smoking at all downtown events, new tennis courts at the tennis center, permanent hillside protection, fair garbage rates, -and from the beginning- I was the only voter to reject plans for large scale development in East Pleasanton.
