She graduated from the Master's Degree in Labor Relations and Human Capital Management from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. She is a specialist in Labor Law from the University of Seville - Spain and a specialist in Health and Safety Plans and Programs from the International Training Center of the ILO, Turin-Italy. She is a founding partner of LABORA & ASOCIADOS SAC. Ex Director of Health and Safety at Work of the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion (MTPE). Director of the Specialization Program in Safety, Health and Well-being of the Graduate School of the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences (UPC), professor at the Law School of the University of Lima, professor at the Graduate School of the Universidad Católica Santa María and the Diploma in Occupational Health at the Cayetano Heredia University.
