As Senior VP of Marketing I am charged with the day-to-day marketing functions and promotions of Bioptechs brand and products by maintaining awareness of changes in the micro-environmental market to implement advertising strategies that reflect current trends, in addition to acting as expert to leadership on effective marketing techniques. Actively connecting with and cultivating domestic and international distributor relationships in order to optimize product awareness for the enhancement of an effective sales force. Assist with product satisfaction and engineering direction by acquiring research feedback to determine optimal product direction. Responsibilities include:• Direct, plan and oversee the marketing strategies of Bioptechs products and services.• Maintain awareness in market changes and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.• Oversee staff operations, business planning, staff and advertising budget development.• Act as subject matter expert to leadership on issues relating to effective marketing.• Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale of products or services.• Oversee staff operations, develop policies and business plans.• Develop pricing strategies to balance company objectives and customer satisfaction.• Plan, direct and set the strategic direction of marketing program.• Conduct market research and monitor market trends in order to remain competitive and meet overall objectives.

Develops and implements systems for gathering, analyzing, verifying, and reporting certain types of financial information. Some duties include hiring, training, and coaching subordinates, as well as enforcing company policies, rules, and procedures. Complete financial objectives such as preparing and regulating annual budgets, scheduling expenditures, and beginning corrective actions when budget problems occur. In charge of keeping track of a business' financial status by closely monitoring revenue, expenses, and future budget changes while evaluating financial data, and they typically prepare reports and charts on finances. Helps guide other departments by applying observations and recommendations to their financial operations. Responsibilities include:• Manage the daily activities of the accounting department.• Collect and provide information for audit inquiries and give assistance to auditors.• Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures relating to financial management, budget and accounting.• Oversee the posting and maintenance of general ledger accounts, payroll transactions, accounts payable and general ledger adjustments.• Provide financial analysis statements including monthly balance sheets, income statements, cash flows statements, and actual to budget and last year variance analysis.• Provide leadership and coordination in the administrative, business planning, accounting and budgeting efforts of the company.• Prepare or direct preparation of financial statements, business activity reports, financial position forecasts, annual budgets, and/or reports required by regulatory agencies.• Develop internal control policies, guidelines, and procedures for activities such as budget administration, cash and credit management, and accounting.
