Provide applied behavioral analysis interventions for performance enhancement to clinical staff.

Certified to teach CPR, AED, BLS and First Aid for adults and pediatrics.

Provided applied behavior analysis services in a tiered service delivery model to children diagnosed with various mental health/development disorders. Additional duties included staff training for registered behavior technicians, performance evaluations, data driven training programs. Developed training system for newly certified and confusing education to staff within agency.

Conducting Functional Skill Assessments for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and creating programs to increased functional skills and reduce problem behaviors.

Intern for Behavioral Health Services under BCBA. Completed progress notes, graphs, FAST and MAST for individuals on caseload. Revised behavior intervention plans and had the opportunity to experience several peer review processes.

Completed work under Director of Behavioral Health Services. Clerical revision of Functional Behavior Assessments and corresponding Behavior Intervention Plans and Positive Behavior Support Plans.

Aiding in the fundamental growth of children who are 4 months to 12 years old: To include physical activity, cognitive development and social learning aspects while having Serious FUN!
