    Coordinated the final implementation phase of the project: Climate Technologies Transfer (CTT) in Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC), the project financed by the Global Environment Facility (GEF). $10.9 million and leveraged over $227 million. The project included a transversal component to develop national policy and institutional capacities. As well as designed a guide on CC planning as agreed under the UNFCCC. Additionally, promoted the development and transfer of environmentally sound technologies to contribute to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and vulnerability to climate change in the region in four specific sectors (agriculture, forest monitoring, transport and energy EE&RE). Led and worked with the executing agencies’ communications teams to disseminate the project’s products: 19 publications, prepared and released with more than 31.8K unique downloads, following IDB’s library established protocols and procedures. Socialization of the sectoral results obtained (6 international webinars organized to share the lessons learned.Portfolio monitoring, evaluation and reporting for the IDB / Climate Investment Funds (CIF) programs and projects results (Clean Technology Fund, Pilot Program for Climate Resilience, Scaling Up Renewable Energy Program, and Forest Investment Program). Performed portfolio reviews, designed specific reports, and developed a digital tool to get countries or sectors core and other indicators to report on annually to the CIF Administrative Unit, uploaded data on the CIF Collaboration Hub.MDBs liaison partner responsible for releasing the publication and dissemination campaign: Designing for Transformation: A Practice-Oriented Toolkit for Mainstreaming Transformational Change in Program and Project Preparation Processes.Management of the project: Strengthening Governance Capacities in LAC to meet the National commitments in the Paris Agreement in coordination with the Organization of American States (OAS) as executing agency.
