I lead the visual design department and was responsible for more than 20+ clients. My vision was that by using human-centered design methodologies we created design-forward digital brand experiences that increase creativity, equity, social justice, and resilience. Being a trusted partner to our clients and understanding my team's needs and motivations were essential to creating engaging brands and digital experiences.

I worked with Chemonics as part of a USAID project that had as its objective to ‘Strengthen the Justice System’ in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. I lead several multidisciplinary initiatives such as conducting user research with women who had experienced gender-based victims tounderstand their obstacles to accessing justice and its services. Other initiatives ranged from creating gorilla awareness campaigns, accentuating success stories, and facilitating multidepartmental workshops to reach resolutions associated with justice.

Vitala Global's mission is to co-create meaningful digital solutions that are user-centric, data-driven, and community-led to empower women and girls to achieve their sexual and reproductive health goals. Together we worked in creating a digital tool to help women in Venezuela self-manage their abortion.

The Arnhold Institute for Global Health at Mount Sinai, I was part of an interdisciplinary team called Health System Design, we were given the task to investigate, navigate, lead, and support systematic changes within the Mount Sinai system in response and preparation to the transition to Population Health. My assignment was to assist in redesigning processes, products, and services that will better the patient experience and financial outcome of the primary care clinics.

Dominican Republic

We focused primary on creating the brand identity of the Don Bosco Foundation. One of the successful and legacy foundations in the DR with the mission of alivieting youth at risk and battling poverty through their focus on education and creation of jobs. After the identity was completed I stayed as a Communication Consultant in preparation for their inaguration.

Dominican Republic

At Republica I was responsible for two brands. One being EPS, a parcel delivery service with national wide presence. We worked with them on campaign and strategy as well as daily up keeping of their communications. I was also involved in the cultural translation in strategy and perservation of image for Papa Johns in the Dominican Republic. As well has dozens of branding projects entering our new bussiness division ranging from luxury residences to craft beer.
