As Chief Information and Data officer, The Chief Information and Data Officer (CIDO) will develop, plan, and implement a data strategy and an information technology (IT) strategy that meets Encore Bank’s business needs, delivers optimal return on investment, and maintains utmost security. The CIDO is responsible for overseeing projects and assignments within the Information Systems (IS) department and for the utilization and governance of data across Encore Bank. Direct oversight of Information Security and Data Management.
