-Preparation of the monthly AP accrual-In charge of monthly reconciliations for US, Canada & CR-Analysis and investigation of reconciling items with other departments-Preparation and recording of journal entries-Internal and external audit support

Responsabilities: *Transition of US and Canada T&E process to Costa Rica.*To provide support to employees for T&E related issues and any other concern they may have. *To audit all expense reports within the SLA.*To prepare and process the T&E accrual.*To ensure compliance of the policy.*To review past due balances and do follow ups until the accounts get current.

Role : Accounts Payable SpecialistResponsibilities:*To process different types of invoices received by email from Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Norway and USA markets.*PO's matching.*To follow up with the buyers when the PO's have an issue until they get ready to be used against an invoice.*Vendor maintenance (creation of the vendors into the BI system and updated their information when needed).* Peer review and trouble shooting.*To contact directly the vendors that the bank rejects their payments in order to ask for the correct bank information and create manual payment forms when necessary.*Main point of contact of the vendors and the buyers when an issue appears, when they have a doubt or when they want to know the status of the invoices.*Preparation and creation of payment proposals.*In charge of sending the payment proposal to management for its respective approval. Proceed with the payment release once the proposal is approved.*To request stop payments, void checks and re-issuing payments.*In charge of making payment reports.Role : Payroll clerkResponsibilities:*Responsible for enter all the payroll information in Exactus for a Costa Rica's client.*In charge of sending the excel file with the payroll information booked to the HR director for its respective approval.*In charge of uploading the payment file to the bank's platform and pay once the HR director confirm that the money is available.*In charge of settlements.*To issue proof of incomes for the employees.Role: T&E AuditorResponsibilities:*To analyze and audit all the expenses report from the employees in order to avoid improper use of money.Role : Approvals ClerkResponsibilities:*To categorize the invoices and then upload them into the system an average of 350 to 415 invoices per day.Achievements:*Stabilization of the AP Process for Germany and Nordics.*Stabilization of the payment process.*Won top performer award three times due to outstanding performance
