CurrentDr. Egan has worked in educational assessment since 1999, and is a nationally recognized expert in state-level assessment and in standard setting. She is current serving on the National Academy of Sciences committee that is evaluating the NAEP achievement levels. She is a member of the Technical Advisory Committee for Missouri, North Dakota, Indiana, DLM, and College Board AP Computer Science Principles. In her current position, she works with educational agencies to add psychometric capacity to their staffs by:• Providing psychometric expertise for state and district assessment programs• Auditing assessment programs• Evaluating standard settings, assessments, and other educational products• Writing technical documentation and RFPs• Serving on Technical Advisory Committees
