Customer Account Manager
As a Customer Account Manager at Conway Corp I answered, evaluated, prioritized, and followed up on customer inquiries and/or complaints providing satisfactory resolution within the established Corporation guidelines. Also, I maintained customer records as necessary while proactively collecting debts from past-due and closed accounts. Efforts included phone calls, letters, email communication, and disconnections of service. I assisted customers with billing inquiries and provided account adjustments where merited. A high degree of discretion was maintained while protecting sensitive customer information throughout all interactions. Lastly, I was a liaison between the company and local non-profit organizations to assist customers with bill-pay assistance when in need.
