Consolidated enterprise 401k plans to achieve administration and fee savings. Company handbook and policy rewrites consistent with management philosophy. Design and monitor HR practices at corporate headquarters. Coordinate with all departments/subsidiaries on regulatory issues and compliance for HR & Benefits.
