This was a Global Corporate role based in Cancún. I was responsible for attracting Specialists and Executive Level roles for the Apple Leisure Group Corporate within Finance, Marketing and IT areas, reporting directly to the Talent Attraction Senior Manager located in US.

This was a 100% home office role based in Mexico, providing services for Atos North America. The main objective was to create Talent Acquisition strategies to source candidates that already lived in US and match them to our currently open positions. Make cold calls, screen candidates, and send the Shortlists to our Senior Recruiters. All this process was visually seen through our system Success Factors. I was focused on Executive and Specialized roles like CTO's, Client Executive Partners, Business Development Directors, Account Directors, Program Managers, Full Stack Software Engineers, Security Officers, Cloud Developers, Solution Architects, among others.

During this time I worked as independent Head Hunter. This gave me the opportunity to embrace new projects in my personal life and family.
