I was responsible for the wellbeing of the residents, securing the unit, welfare of residents, providing support and advise.

I worked with children and adults who were on the Autistic Spectrum, Asperger’s, OCD, who were either non-verbal and or verbal. I worked with individuals on independent living skills by using person centred approaches and by using great interactions training skills. I have been trained in Makaton, Social Stories and am PTTLS trained.

I was responsible for creating the Monthly Reports via Business Objects, Liaising with Site Providers to arrange engineer access, raising change requests numbers on Remedy. Raising upgrade numbers and signing them off. Coordinating co-locations. Resolving finance STK’s, raising rent increases using the Rent Index Indices and SAP, Data input and general administration

As a Project Coordinator some of the duties required of me are as follows: Liaison with clients to identify and resolve problems, Data entry and other administration duties. I was also responsible for many finance related tasks.As a team leader my duties were supervising Coordinators in the completion of daily tasks, Raising Finance (via Cansub, SAP and cheque requests etc), producing reports for meetings, liaising with internal and external clients and general administration duties as and when required.

Senior Safety Supervisor

My duties were to carry out pre event safety checks, brief staff, assign staff their positions; supervise between 24 and 36 members of staff through event, evaluation of potential risks, deployment of relevant resources, debriefing, and customer services.

As a Buyers assistant I was required to create detailed descriptions of items to assist presenters. Chasing existing orders, placing new orders, checking delivery times and maintaining excellent customer relations. I was also responsible for stock control.

My main duties consisted of operating switchboard, greeting customers, dealing with customer enquiries and customer complaints. Purchasing Stationary and franking mail.
