>Partners with Plant Manager to deploy business, people, and engagement strategies for the Sherman Plant.> Ensures the talent pipeline for the future, assesses and selects talent, and coaches managers on the process.> Sets direction, priorities and culture expectations while championing Eaton Values & Philosophies and the Eaton Business System (EBS) by driving the utilization of performance metrics, continuous improvement principles and change management plans while maximizing employee ownership and engagement.> Designs and delivers local HR practices that create and maintain the desired culture.> Identifies the learning, training, and development needs of the organization and deploys effective training plans.> Uses coaching skills to influence behavior and business decisions to be consistent with the values and ethical standards and desired business outcomes.> Performs investigations and takes appropriate corrective actions.> Ensures effective deployment of performance management systems and coaches managers on the process.> Leads a team of HR professionals to deploy HR strategy for the plant.> Drives alignment from the Plant to the division on key strategic initiatives.

> Partners with Executive Leadership to drive Business Goals & Objectives> Collects, analyzes, and provides data in support of improving key initiatives > Provides guidance on HR policies and processes. > Conducts employee investigations and partners with Business leaders to deliver Employee Corrective Action. > Conducts preliminary analysis of workforce planning and drafts documentation to assess workforce skill structure. > Partners with business leaders to provide professional development training in support of identified organizational needs.> Coaches/Mentors Business Partner Leaders on various aspects of leadership development, organizational structure, employee engagement and strategic business processes and procedures> Lead several cross-functional teams on business strategies and projects to ensure alignment. > Hires and retains the right workforce at the right time to deliver on promises to customers > Strengthens HR policies and procedures to satisfy customer requests. > Mentor/Teach Jr. HR professionals
