Hi! I am Karla Lovato, a fourth-year student at Boston University pursuing a B.S in Behavior and Health. In my professional aspirations, I'm intrigued by both Physical Therapy, Strength and Conditioning, and the realm of health policy. I am passionate about optimizing both the performance and rehabilitation aspects of athletes, applying evidence-based practices to enhance outcomes and promote well-being across diverse populations.
