As the purchase officer of a resale company I am in charge of every purchase made for Dial Lubricants Inc. We sale diesel, gas, chemicals and lubricants, therefore prices fluctuate. It is my duty to review every invoice and verify that products are being purchased within a reasonable price. Also, as the prices fluctuate it is my job to record my observations and use that information for our resale pricing. I was required to over look their accounts payable along with their accounts receivable. I was responsible for every purchase the parts department made. My main responsibility was to verify that every purchase made for resale purposes were sold at a set percent increase. Also, I ensured that every purchase whether it was for resale, service department or supply use, it got charged to the correct accounts payable account. Apart from my main duties, I also filed everything in a very organized matter and answer phone calls with questions and concerns about the parts department of the dealership. I a was also held responsible for the payments customers make once a part is ordered and I kept track of their daily cash flow. This job required great learning, communication,computer and organizational skills.

In Ace Party Supplies I was held responsible for the management of their Amazon account as well as the website orders. I was required to make spreadsheets for every item received. I was held responsible for the managing of the companies website as well as the store. I also answered phone calls and helped customers with questions and concerns about the orders and the store. This job required great customer communication, organizational and computer skills
