I was involved in policy compliance, multi-jurisdictional contract review, contract entry for a variety of contracts, monitoring various retail sales transactions; communication as needed with customers, stores, educational representatives, and district managers; problem resolution with stores and customers. I provided backup support for the call center, both in covering phones for their weekly meetings and providing guidance for any of the representatives’ inquiries to the main office. I helped facilitate rental meetings at the school for their beginning students. I called on some of the largest programs in the company. I was hired to do prospective work and was successful getting new accounts, keeping accounts, and turning multiple dealer accounts into a single dealer account.Buyer: Ordered product for school orders via the educational representative. Helped provide pricing, select the appropriate source for purchase, generated billing for fulfilled orders, followup with backorders.
