Implement the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) to teach skills such as communication, language, and socialization through play-based therapy for clients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Utilize behavior replacement techniques to reduce problem behaviors that clients may engage in.Record data regarding every skill and behavior targeted listed in the client's tailored lesson plan. Provide training to the client's parents/caregivers on effectively implementing the behavior intervention plan.Attend meetings with board-certified behavior analysts (BCBAs), case managers, and clinical directors to discuss client’s treatment program and progress.

Facilitated transition into university life for a close cohort of first-year UCLA transfer students, shared transfer-specific knowledge on-campus resources, events, student organizations/clubs, and undergraduate research opportunities. Counseled transfer students/mentees on combatting imposter syndrome by implementing exercises/activities to acquire positive self-affirmation, set academic and personal goals, overcome challenges, and celebrate milestones. Collaborated with the UCLA Transfer Mentorship Program and the UCLA Transfer Center and improved transfer student/mentee engagement, expanded peer connections, and fostered community.

Assisted in designing a research study to analyze the positive roles of social-emotional support in buffering stress responses such as increased blood pressure to common stressor tasks such as vocal performances/social evaluative stress.Recruited undergraduate UCLA students to participate in the research study through courses, student group chats, university social media platforms, and the general student body, administered pre-questionnaires to determine participant eligibility and scheduled eligible participants for study trials. Conducted study trials, explained study procedures to participants, gained experience in administering Sing-a-Song Stress (SSST), a new experimental paradigm that requires participants to suddenly sing aloud in front of confederates, and the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI), which served as a manipulation check for anxiety in participants. Collected data from study trials and utilized the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) to analyze data using an analysis of variance (ANOVA) to see if there were main effects across study conditions.

Collaborated with Real Madrid supporters club, Peña Madridista Inmortales, and the board to construct bylaws and constitution that fostered Real Madrid C.F.’s values according to club regulations, maintained supporters club records including bylaws and constitution. Processed and reviewed member applications, facilitated board meetings and recorded notes, created flyers for Real Madrid match meetups and group events, and wrote a yearly summary report of the supporters club, which was sent to the Real Madrid supporters’ club department.
